Job summary

Domino's in Belen, New Mexico is seeking a friendly, motivated Assistant Store Manager to help run daily operations and support the General Manager. You will supervise staff, help implement operating standards, and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient store environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, onboarding new team members, counting inventory, managing deliveries, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
