Job summary

Five Guys in Sterling, VA seeks a store leader with 1+ year of restaurant leadership to drive great shifts, manage costs and build a strong team focused on delivering excellent food with a smile. The role is salaried, non-exempt and starts at $50,000 per year with possible overtime.

It includes a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k) with match, EAP) plus growth opportunities, including up to 12 weeks of Family Bonding Leave for GMs

Job Details

The pay for this position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at 50k/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
