Five Guys in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and supervise shift teams. The role offers a salaried, non-exempt schedule with potential overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

The pay for this position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at $45,000-55,000/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.

• Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.

• Real career growth with plans to open more than an estimated 1000 new locations across North America, with emphasis on promoting from within.
• Secret Shopper bonus plan in addition to your base pay. We have 2 Secret Shops each week and everyone on your team working during those shifts is eligible for bonuses based on the results of those visits.
• Family Bonding Leave for GMs and Assistant Managers. Really! General Managers and Assistant Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire!
