Join Our Team as an Assistant Manager at Breeze Thru Car Wash!

We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to become part of our team as an Assistant Manager. Are you professional and Friendly? Do you love being outside and staying physically active? If so, this may be the management opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for resolving daily employee and customer issues.
  • Adjust for employee call-outs, shift work priorities, and monitor staff scheduling.
  • Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure consistent quality from Customer Service Attendants.
  • Interface with vendors for scheduling goods and services.
  • Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance.
  • Support the Site Manager in fixing unexpected equipment or system failures.
  • Train and coach site employees using the Breeze Thru Training and Coaching Models.
  • Perform Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed.
  • Attend daily maintenance calls and other assigned meetings.

Skills And Abilities Needed

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Confidence and humility.
  • Strong conflict resolution and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and engage in technical tasks.
  • Computer proficiency is necessary.

Work Environment

  • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, high places, and risk of electrical shock.
  • The work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands

  • Standing up to 85% of the time, walking up to 25% of the time.
  • Bending, lifting weights (15-50 lb.), and climbing heights (up to 30 ft).
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Speaking, hearing, and having full extremity mobility.
