The Assistant Manager is responsible for running efficient shifts, delivering excellent customer care, achieving store objectives, and supporting the General Manager in all business operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and team with a high-volume mentality.
• Meet all CMS service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach the team to achieve desired product, service, and image results.
• Utilize advanced technology equipment in the pizza industry.
