• Responsible for all aspects of operations during shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for the crew and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong team attendance and punctuality record.
• Ensure transportation to/from work and maintain a perfect store image.
