General Job Duties

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler

Physical Requirements

Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Walking: Short distances for short durations.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 lbs with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 7' high.

Carrying: Large cans (≈3.7 lb) are carried from the workstation to storage shelves; sometimes pizza sauce (≈30 lb) is carried from the storage room to the front of the store; trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, weighing about 12 lb per tray.

Pushing: Trays on dollies may weigh 24–30 lb and require a force up to 7.5 lb to push.

Climbing: Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.

Stooping / Bending: Forward bending at the waist is required at the pizza assembly station and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching / Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching: Continuous reaching upward, downward, and forward.

Hand Tasks: Continuous use of hands and forearms for dough shaping and other activities; requires strong eye‑hand coordination.
