The Assistant Manager is typically in training to become a store General Manager. This position requires a full-time commitment, both physically and mentally, as it is very demanding. The Assistant Manager works in an hourly capacity and may work up to 55 hours a week, including lunch, evening, and late-night shifts. Candidates must be available to work any hours of the day and any day of the week, including weekends.

While no pizza-making experience is required, prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred. The training period lasts between six months and two years, during which the Assistant Manager will complete formal training modules and classes to prepare for the General Manager role.

This position involves learning various skills, including customer service, people management, product preparation and quality, and inventory control. It is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and ambition to advance within the company's management ranks.
