The Assistant Manager works in an hourly capacity and may work up to 55 hours a week, including lunch, evening, and late-night shifts. Candidates must be available to work any hours of the day and any day of the week, including weekends.
While no pizza-making experience is required, prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred. The training period lasts between six months and two years, during which the Assistant Manager will complete formal training modules and classes to prepare for the General Manager role.
