Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Chicopee, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily store operations, supervise team members, ensure quality service, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

You will assist with ordering, training, and scheduling, handle cash and POS transactions, and support the general manager in meeting targets and delivering a great guest experience.

• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training will be provided on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Pay Transparency

Pay Ranges (Massachusetts)

• Delivery Drivers $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement)
• Insiders $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
• Assistant Managers $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities)
• General Managers $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
