Job Requirements and Duties

• Manage all shift activities, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from crew.
• Staff, handle paperwork, manage cost controls, cash control, food management, work to schedule, maintain image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, maintain attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, keep store clean, support marketing and profitability.
