Job summary

MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino’s) is seeking an Assistant Manager in Red Bud, IL to lead a team, uphold service standards, and help run daily operations.

You will focus on coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and customer care in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth into franchise ownership.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving experience (2 years if 18; 1 year if 19+).
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Customer service oriented with a commitment to satisfaction.
• Knowledge of operational management (quality, sanitation, cost control, inventory).
