MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, seeks a capable supervisor to guide a fast-paced team in St. Louis. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure service standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail, hospitality, food service, or operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant operational software.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
