MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and a hands‑on leadership approach. You will motivate staff, manage scheduling, inventory and costs while ensuring food safety and outstanding customer service.

The role involves training team members, driving sales strategies with the General Manager, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Flexible shifts and room for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Proficiency in basic math and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Customer service‑oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Food handling certification preferred but not required (training will be provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus
