Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Ellisville location (345 Clarkson Rd.). In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, operational efficiency, and a commitment to supporting team success and organizational goals.

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching to foster professional development
• Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Monitor and maintain operational standards, including cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Support the management team in analyzing performance metrics and implementing process improvements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism and decisiveness
• Assist in training new employees and conducting onboarding activities
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering procedures as assigned
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on organizational objectives
• Support the execution of company initiatives and special projects
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and staff management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a retail, hospitality, or operations environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
