Job summary

Braum's Inc. in Yukon, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team, coach staff, and drive excellent customer service and food quality.

This role reports to the Store Manager, requires 2 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage a rotating schedule. Compensation includes $16.50–$17.00 hourly with bi-weekly bonus opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver license required.
• 2 years experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annually $52,000 - $54,500)

Assistant Manager's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
