Arby’s in Ypsilanti, MI is hiring an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will support the General Manager, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and that guests receive outstanding service.

You’ll assist with local store marketing, coach team members through performance and training initiatives, and help us uphold Arby’s standards while offering benefits like weekly pay, tuition assistance, and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
