Job summary

Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly while supporting local store marketing efforts to hit sales and profit goals.

You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives, delivering great guest experiences and upholding Arby’s standards.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
