Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager for our store at 19 Youngstown - Boardman, OH 44512. This role combines leadership with hands-on sales, coaching, and operational excellence to create the Windsor Oasis for every customer.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and retain a team of up to 25 associates, ensuring strong performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position: Windsor Assistant Manager (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: 19 Youngstown - Boardman, OH 44512

Responsibilities

• You're a sales driver: Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store. Build brand loyalty by providing an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer and provide feedback to do more with less while creating value for the brand.
• You're an expert at finding and retaining great talent: Support the Store Manager in finding the right talent. Build a wide talent pool through networking and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience that supports retention goals.
• Right people, right place, right time: Organize and plan in detail to get the job done. Own the sales floor to execute daily operations and create the Oasis for customers.
• You have a passion for leading people: Partner with the Store Manager to supervise and train your team. Lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and using company tools.
• You do the right thing: Demonstrate integrity and follow Windsor policies and procedures.
• You take pride in your store: Support execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive. Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions.

Physical Demands

Frequently stand, walk, observe, bend, and push. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
