Job summary

Applebee’s in Xenia, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our casual dining restaurant. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager, drive sales, control costs, and lead a team focused on guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within the established practices and procedures of Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.
