Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a Windsor Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Wilmington, NC. You will support the team, drive our mission, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve productivity across sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.

You will coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists, fostering a respectful environment while delivering strong customer experiences.
