DC Burger Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, monitor budgets, and collaborate with leadership to deliver strong results. This is a hands-on opportunity for growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and operational excellence.
• Sharp business acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with POS and scheduling systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead across all levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working long or irregular shifts as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team including Shift Leaders, and Crew Members.

• Maintain compliance with food safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and employment laws.
