Job summary

Citi Trends, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Wichita to support the Store Manager and lead daily store operations after a two-week training. You will supervise staff, ensure customer service standards, and help drive sales.

Required: 2-4 years as an Assistant Manager and 3-5 years retail experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Citi Trends offers competitive pay and benefits.

Citi Trends is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. Following successful completion of the two-week training period, you'll be where the action is, assisting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. Whenever the Store Manager is unavailable, you'll take the stage, leading the store and ensuring all goals are met.
