Citi Trends is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We are growing, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone with over three years of retail experience who is ready to take the next step. After completing a two-week training program, you'll assist the Store Manager in the store's overall operation. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you'll lead the store and ensure all goals are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and supervise employees.
• Maintain inventory controls, facilitate transactions, and ensure compliance with shrink control standards.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Ensure staff adherence to Citi Trends policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 2-4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
