EssilorLuxottica seeks an Assistant Manager for our Wichita Target Optical to lead a dynamic team and deliver the WOW! Guest Experience while achieving sales goals.
You will partner with the Optical Store Manager, coach staff, recruit talent, and uphold brand standards and promotions to attract guests daily. A Bachelor’s degree is required and ABO certification is preferred; bonus and benefits are available.
The Assistant Manager ensures the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. The successful employee will demonstrate leadership competencies such as clear communication, team building, critical thinking, collaboration, and driving results while styling our guests.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
