Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $24.00/hr

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with your General Manager and team to ensure the success of your Wingstop Restaurant. You will be preparing for, and developing to become, a future General Manager. You must convey the Wingstop culture to fellow team members and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the brand's success.

Qualifications/Education/Experience
  • 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred
  • Food Handler Certification required
  • 6 months experience using a computer and POS system
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in meeting store goals and support all positions as needed
  • Drive operational excellence by increasing sales and controlling costs
  • Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests; foster a positive restaurant culture
  • Remain calm during high volume or unusual events, setting a positive example
  • Develop positive relationships with team members, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service with a guest-first attitude
  • Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and team development
  • Follow cash management policies and ensure proper practices
  • Support inventory tracking, ordering, and record keeping
  • Resolve guest issues efficiently and positively
  • Maintain operational standards, report maintenance issues, and ensure facilities meet standards
  • Use company tools to coach and develop team members and manage risks
