Job description

StorAmerica Management - Looking for an Energetic Self Storage Assistant Manager in the City of Rancho Dominguez:

Address: 20321 S. Susana Rd., Rancho Dominguez, CA 90221

Hours: 5 days a week, 8-hour days

Experience: Storage Industry experience recommended

Training & Compensation: We provide a comprehensive 2-week training program to guarantee your success! Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. We also help pay your student loans and contribute to your continuing education tuition. Full benefits package includes 401K, medical, dental, and vision.

Ideal Candidate: High energy, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, punctual, responsible, and a strong work ethic. We promote from within and value self-starters.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  2. Open and close the office daily on time.
  3. Show and rent storage spaces.
  4. Answer inquiries and assist tenants administratively.
  5. Perform lock checks twice daily.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and order of the facility.
  7. Manage delinquencies via calls and letters.
  8. Perform minor maintenance tasks.
  9. Stock and sell locks and merchandise.
  10. Manage petty cash and reconcile deposits.
  11. Schedule and process truck rentals; may be required to drive rental trucks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Own transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Must pass background check and drug test.
