Please note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation for the Assistant Manager position is calculated and paid hourly to align with the provided annual salary range.

Responsibilities of a Leader/Assistant Restaurant Manager at Taco Bell:

• Manage organized shifts and handle administrative duties
• Provide leadership and direction when RGM is unavailable
• Analyze and respond to operational and financial metrics
• Assist RGM in training team members
• Assist RGM with scheduling and facility maintenance
• Manage conflicts involving customers and employees

Experience at establishments like Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wendy's, or similar roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Hospitality, or Assistant Hospitality Manager would be a good fit.
