Job summary

Club Car Wash in Washington, MO is seeking a Full-Time Manager in Training to lead daily operations, support the General Manager, train team members, and promote exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor/indoor setting.

You will oversee membership growth, maintain a professional appearance, and foster a positive, urgent, friendly atmosphere. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles preferred.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong focus on customer service and problem solving.
