Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking an Assistant Manager to support a fast-paced, counter-service restaurant environment. You will help supervise GO Team Members and Shift Managers, partnering with the General Manager to manage daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or quick-service experience, an understanding of labor laws and food-safety practices, and a passion for training and developing staff within a franchisee framework.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage GO Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes and safe food handling.
• Experience in training and developing team members.
• Ability to direct work and champion change.

As Assistant Manager, you create legendary experiences for guests and employees through the management of GO Team Members and Shift Managers. In partnership with the General Manager, you will assist with the overall operations of the restaurant.

YOU GOT THIS

• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).


• You may need to become certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.


• Preferably, you have at least one year of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.


• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.


• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.


• Eligible to work in the U.S.
