Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the GO Team Members and Shift Managers, working with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and create a positive guest and team experience.

The role emphasizes staff training, knowledge of labor laws and safety, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, counter-service environment. Franchisee-owned position with opportunities for advancement within the Buffalo Wild Wings GO network.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (per applicable law).
• Certification may be required for state/local food handling requirements.
• Preferably at least one year of restaurant, quick service restaurant, or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, mentor and develop the team.
