Overview

Are you a leader? Can you assist in leading a team that works to create efficiencies for the store, including supporting the Operations Manager to provide a premium store experience? Responsibilities include employee management, stock, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training. In the absence of your Operations Manager, you would assume additional management duties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the shipment of merchandise to appropriate warehouses for RTV and store transfers in a timely manner.
  • Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
  • Reconciles store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and receiving documents per company policy.
  • Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrinkage.
  • Performs tasks related to visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to company directives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Confident in interacting with employees and providing direction.
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a retail environment.
  • Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
  • Strong cognitive, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
