Wonder in Port Washington North, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and drive smooth service.

You will lead a 15+ person team, uphold food safety and guest-focused service, recruit and train staff, and work to meet budget targets while delivering top-notch dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisory/management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a 15+ member team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Open availability including night and weekend hours.
