Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for its WHBM store in Victor, NY, to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven customer experience.

You will build community connections, coach associates, and ensure brand standards while driving store performance and a positive, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
