Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our casual dining locations. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality, while delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding brand standards.

You will lead and train a team, manage schedules, handle inventory and cost controls, and drive profitability. The role requires 1–2+ years of supervisory experience, strong integrity, guest focus, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining.
• Experience teaching and training staff.

Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred


• Experience teaching and training staff preferred


• Strong personal and professional integrity


• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment

• Ability to solve problems on the go


• Passion for hospitality and interacting with guests


• Sense to be \"hands on\" when needed

• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, counter height to shoulder height, across the restaurant.

Compensation

Salary Range: $42,000-$55,000/per year

Quarterly Bonus Plan (based on performance)
