Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. in Melbourne, FL, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintain exceptional guest service across our casual dining concepts.

You'll supervise and train staff, manage schedules, uphold safety and cleanliness, and help control costs while driving profitability. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining.
• Experience teaching and training staff.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment.

• Experience teaching and training staff preferred

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $42,000-$55,000/per year
• Quarterly Bonus Plan (based on performance)
