Responsibilities

1. Team up with the Store Manager to steer all store operations.
2. Participate in recruitment and nurture a skilled store crew.
3. Offer inspirational feedback, fostering a motivated work environment.
4. Craft employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
5. Manage inventory, from ordering to stocking.
6. Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.
7. Manage key financial aspects of the store.
8. Step in for the Store Manager when needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (varies by state).
• Access to a vehicle and liability insurance on it.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
