The role of an Assistant Manager is to support the salon manager in the daily operations and success of the salon. This should include, but not limited to scheduling, goal setting, ordering, marketing and overall salon functions. As an Assistant Manager, you are a brand ambassador for this organization and are expected to conduct yourself as such.
