Job summary

The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager at Hospitality Restaurant Group supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems and guide others, ensuring team members complete all duties, with inventory management and financial accountability.

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
