Job description

Top Edge is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to start on 12/26 for all shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly train and motivate team members
2. Greet guests in a friendly manner, creating a pleasant atmosphere
3. Manage payment transactions
4. Engage customers and sell Top Edge monthly memberships
5. Monitor sales performance and deliver feedback to optimize sales growth
6. Be proficient in membership deals and promos
7. Maintain equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory
8. Assist in regular scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order
9. Open/close car wash facility
10. Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
11. Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies
12. Monitor service quality and tunnel operations to minimize customer incidents
13. Customer resolution

Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Strong communication/verbal skills
3. Self-motivated with a positive attitude

6. Proficient in basic math
7. Basic computer and administrative skills
8. Must have reliable transportation
9. Bilingual in Spanish a plus
