  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Basic math, accounting, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and outdoor grounds maintenance
