We’re searching for dependable, driven Assistant Managers who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Open availability is required, including weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts. What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
• Operate the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Act as manager in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and oversee team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and oversee financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates team members to excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physical ability to perform tasks like cleaning and outside maintenance.
• Minimum age: 18+ in some states, 21+ in others.
• Proficiency in English and basic math skills.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
• Willingness to learn, especially for Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.
