Soma in Springfield, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, support omni-channel interactions, and help meet store goals.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication, teamwork, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable on the sales floor.
