Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and team coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and food safety practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe® certification or willingness to obtain it.
