Job summary

Toppers Pizza is hiring for Managers-In-Training to join our team in the United States. You will assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, guide your team to meet sales and profitability goals, and uphold high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation as you develop toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or restaurant assistant manager is very helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop, direct, and supervise your Team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
