Job summary

Home Choice in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with training, daily operations and work schedules. You will help drive sales growth through installment orders, maintain account records and deliver top-notch customer service in-store and in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products including furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Management: Assist Store Manager with training, daily operations and work schedules.
• Sales and Account Management: Drive sales growth through completed installment orders and maintain records of accounts and prospects.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Facilitate loading/unloading and installation of products while following safety and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, clean store for customers and coworkers.

• Deliveries & Pickups: Opportunity to get out of the store and display a winning spirit through safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, while following all handling and transportation procedures
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and fellow coworkers in mind
• What are the minimum requirements?
