Job summary

Hobby Lobby, a fast growing arts and crafts chain, is seeking an organized, customer‑service oriented individual with leadership potential to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This is a full‑time, hourly store management role with a typical 40–48‑hour work week.

Hours are generally 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., closing twice weekly, and alternating Saturdays. Store hours: Mon–Sat 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Good with merchandise displays and visual merchandising.
• Basic computer skills.
• Desire to learn and grow in a store leadership role.
• Trustworthy and dependable with strong work history.
• Previous work references preferred.
• Some previous management experience preferred.
