Job summary

Massage Envy Sun City franchise in Ruskin, FL is seeking a capable leader to guide daily clinic operations and coach a caring team of professionals helping guests feel their best. You will oversee membership growth, retail promotions, inventory, and compliance to ensure a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment while supporting the Clinic Manager with performance goals.

Full‑time and part‑time roles are available; weekend availability is required.

• Experience managing a team in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym preferred.
• Natural leader who can build relationships while motivating, coaching, and supporting a team.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required

Day-to-Day:

This position reports directly to and works closely with the Clinic Manager, providing daily operational support and leadership to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and meets performance goals.

• Support the Clinic Manager in overseeing day-to-day clinic operations.
• Assist in managing key operational areas, including membership growth, retail promotion, team leadership, deposit management, inventory oversight, and compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
• Contribute to the clinic’s continued growth by helping set goals, prioritize tasks, and review business performance metrics.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment.
• Support team development by reinforcing expectations, assisting with training initiatives, and participating in performance feedback.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, members, and guests to promote a strong and supportive clinic culture.

Job Type & Schedule:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
• Must retain open availability on both Saturdays and Sundays.
• Must have flexibility to work various hours, including Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings.
