Iron Arch Management is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead a busy McDonald's franchise in Rockford, IL. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who's already proven they can lead and is ready for the next challenge.

• At least 2 years of restaurant or food service experience
• At least 1 year leading teams of 10 or more people in a restaurant environment
• Experience as a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Comfortable holding others accountable while building trust
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and restaurant operations
• Able to analyze results and take action to improve performance
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
