O'Brien's Irish Pub & Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will help oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest service and a safe dining environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, cost control via P&L insights, and reporting. The position requires flexibility for various shifts and a background in F&B. Opportunity to contribute to a lively, community-focused pub.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Availability for various schedule types, including 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, weekends, and weekdays.

• Optimize profit and control costs through the use of P&L statements.
• Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Schedule maintenance as needed.
• Must close the store 4 nights a week.
• Report to all meetings.
