J.Crew Group in Redmond, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive profitability through customer connections, and ensure smooth operations. You will coach the sales team, manage responsibilities across Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service, and help recruit and train associates.

You will help the team exceed goals, elevate product knowledge, and engage with the community through events. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
